We recognized our falcon seniors at yesterday's baseball game! Thanks for all your service to the program, gentlemen!

Our 4th grade students had an exciting and educational walking field trip to the local community garden! During our visit, we learned all about the important role earthworms play in keeping soil healthy and helping plants grow. Students also discovered how a community garden works and the ways people can come together to grow fresh, healthy food. One of the highlights of the trip was planting our very own lettuce seeds to take home. Although an unexpected rainstorm surprised us and left us all a little soggy, it added a fun twist to a memorable outing.

The Art Club had a fun trip to Buffalo over the weekend. They started out by visiting the Albright-Knox Museum where they saw a variety of art from early European and American to contemporary works. After that, a quick trip to take in the amazing natural beauty and wonder of Niagara Falls, and then to the Shea's 710 Theatre to watch the musical, "Legally Blonde". The next day they made their way to WNY Book Arts to learn about the printing process and create t-shirts using the screen printing method. It was a great trip with lots of new experiences for everyone!
