Covering more than 200 square miles, the district educates approximately 675 students in grades K–12. Position Summary:
The Coudersport Area School District is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and visionary educational leader with a deep appreciation for the strengths and challenges of rural education to serve as Superintendent of Schools. The successful candidate will be a strong advocate for rural students, dedicated to student achievement, staff development, and community partnerships. This is an opportunity to lead in a district where education, community, and the natural environment are tightly woven together.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or related field
Pennsylvania Superintendent Letter of Eligibility (or ability to obtain)
Minimum of 5 years of successful administrative experience
Salary and Benefits:
Salary and benefits will be regionally competitive based on education, training, experience, qualifications and meeting board criteria.
